Responsible for Business Analysis deliverable on Company project as assigned, including but not limited to the creation and delivery of requirements planning documentation, features and function specifications, business process design, and recommendations on scope. 

• Work on projects focused on Sales force/Force.com development

• Document, technical requirements aligned with the business requirements.

• Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations

• Elicit Functional Requirements through various communication channels, including face-to-face

• Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope

• Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions

• Design and configure system. Demo to business community, obtain sign-offs /approvals.

• Responsible for customer communication for requirements, business processes and functional specifications.

• Setting up goals for the administrator & Sales force programmer & reviewing the same.

• Introducing new technologies & functionality of Sales force in our organization.

• Full Stack development guidance to the team.

• Full knowledge of App development, Lighting platform & App Exchange.

• Full knowledge of API & Integration with third party systems.

Qualification: Engineer / MBA
