Job Description

Position: Executive – Collection

Reporting to: Manager – Collections

Location: HO, Andheri (W)

Primarily responsible for managing a book of debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding
invoices. The ideal candidate should be highly skills in conducting credit checks on new customers
resolving problems in relation to invoice payments, and reconciling complex month-end accounts.

 B. Com, M. Com preferred


Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

 Timely credit collections of all outstanding payments.
 Preparation of monthly Account Receivable statement.
 Preparation of Outstanding Payment Statement.
 Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner
 Follow-up with the clients.
 Assist in Month End closing

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Should possess minimum experience of 3 years
 Should be well versed with MS Office, MS Excel (all formulas, pivot table, v-lookup, h-lookup)
 Candidates working with manufacturing companies preferred.
 Candidate should be excellent Coordinator & should possess Follow-up Skills.
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
 Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
 Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
